We support MP3, WAV, M4A, and MP4 (we extract the audio automatically). Files up to 500MB are supported, which covers most podcasts and meeting recordings.
Most files complete in under 15 minutes per hour of audio. You'll receive an email notification when your transcript is ready, so you don't have to wait around.
Absolutely. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only to you. Files are automatically deleted after 30 days, and we never use your content for AI training.
