Your uploaded files and transcripts are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Cloudflare R2 for file storage with encryption at rest and in transit.

Audio files are automatically deleted 30 days after transcription completion. You can delete your files and transcripts at any time from your dashboard.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist in our operations (hosting, payment processing)
• Law enforcement when required by law
• Other parties with your consent
